<p>As your Product Launch Manager I can assume full front-line operating responsibility for successfully managing all details of the launch in three main areas:</p>
<p>1.  Primary contact for JV partners and affiliates, including recruitment, motivation, management and materials creation<br />
2.  Responsible for creating and/or coordinating copywriting and all  other marketing creative deliverables<br />
3.  Project management and coordination</p>
<p>In more detail, this typically includes some or all of the following, although not all apply to every launch:</p>
<div style="margin-left: 40px;">- Detailed analysis of project assets and potential assets for use in pre-launch and launch<br />
- Strategy and tactical planning of the pre-launch and launch<br />
- Creation of surveys and other tactics for pre-launch market feedback and overcoming objections<br />
- Creation, management and hosting of a detailed, online project management system with user accounts for everyone involved in the launch, including monitoring and task assignments  (Basecamp)<br />
- Writing email copy sequences for customers and JV partners as well as writing swipe email copy for JV partners to use<br />
- Conceptualizing squeeze pages and other list building tactics<br />
- Creating blog copy and other content<br />
- Brainstorming pre-launch content  ideas, scripting, timing and creation<br />
- Viral  distribution strategies such as web video, social media, article marketing and Web 2.0 properties<br />
- Refining offer details including pricing, bonuses, upsells, add-on sells and continuity strategy<br />
- Working closely with and coordinating input and deliverables from project principals, in-house staff, webmaster,  freelancers, outsourcers and other outside vendors<br />
- Coordinating with webmaster, hosting account, merchant account and payment processor to ensure smooth shopping cart performance and merchant account payments<br />
- Establishing customer service operating procedures for launch support</div>
